Techno Point Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced

Civil Supervisor

with expertise in the

fit-out industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising interior and exterior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate

fit-out and renovation

projects on-site. Ensure all construction and interior works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and client expectations. Manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely project completion. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve any technical or quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Oversee the procurement and proper use of materials and equipment. Maintain daily reports, work records, and labor deployment logs. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients to ensure seamless execution of fit-out projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in civil supervision within the

fit-out industry

. Strong knowledge of

interior fit-out, joinery, gypsum works, flooring, ceiling, and painting

. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication skills to interact with workers, clients, and management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
