Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Management:

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel.

- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and schedules.

2. Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are

met.

- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and update project schedules as needed.

- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.

3. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets the required standards.

- Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies in construction work.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.

4. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on the construction site.

- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on site.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor employed.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including photographs and inspection records.

6. Material and Equipment Management:

- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment.

- Monitor the use and condition of construction tools, machinery, and equipment.

- Ensure proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.

7. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the site workers, management, and other stakeholders.

- Address and resolve any concerns raised by workers or subcontractors.

- Keep all parties informed of project status and changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
