Job Description

Civil Supervisor :

To oversee and manage the medium to small civil projects, maintenance works , ensuring that projects/jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate and direct the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

Responsibilitieso Oversee and manage the maintenance/retrofit project, including coordinating and directing workers and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardso Enforce safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations during the job execution. o

Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measureso Communicate effectively within, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are meto Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the ongoing job o

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permitso Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment

Requirementso Qualifications in Civil Engineering or any other related field or 5+ years experience in civil construction /maintenance in supervisory role. o Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documentso Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a teamo Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitieso Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditionso Travel may be required to worksiteso Work in both an indoor and outdoor environmento Work in varying weather conditionso Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a projecto Collaborative work with other professionals working on the projects

Experience:
