Job Title: Civil Maintenance Supervisor

Overview:

Are you an experienced Civil Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the UAE? Do you hold a valid UAE Driving License and possess a strong technical knowledge of building systems? If so, we want you to join our team at TopNotch Maintenance Services LLC! We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our maintenance operations, ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Scheduling: Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the appropriate tradesmen.
• Facility Inspection: Periodically inspect facilities to identify problems and determine necessary maintenance.
• Supervision: Oversee tradesmen (plumbers, painters, carpenters, electricians, etc.) during installations, repairs, or maintenance activities.
• Repair Oversight: Ensure all repair work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance work to keep systems running efficiently.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work to ensure issues are resolved.
• Coordination: Direct and coordinate construction, maintenance, support, documentation, and related activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and requirements.
• Inspection: Inspect completed civil engineering works and observe work to ensure conformance to design and specifications, as well as compliance with safety standards.
• Building Systems Maintenance: Inspect and maintain building systems, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and heating.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (painting, plumbing, electrical, heating, etc.)
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
