Job Description

We are locking for a Civil Supervisor with minimum 2 years of UAE experience is required. We are a Facilities Management company based in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for candidates with extensive knowledge and working experience in Maintenance/Renoviction field.

• Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as Foreman/Supervisor in UAE.
• Preferably with valid UAE Driving License.
• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Material and manpower planning and management.
• Should be able to independently handle sites
• Prepare daily site progress reports to PE/PM.
• Fluency in English and confidence in talking with clients is required.
• Quality Control :
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in workmanship, materials, or design.
• Ensure that all installations and constructions are completed to the satisfaction of the client and in compliance with industry standards.
• Health and Safety Compliance :
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with safety protocols.
• Report and document any accidents, incidents, or near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Ensure that all project documentation, including permits, approvals, and inspections, is properly maintained and up-to-date.
• Problem Solving :
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other team members to develop and implement solutions that keep the project on track.
• Team Management :
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure that all team members are trained, motivated, and working to their full potential.
• Handle any personnel issues that may arise, including disciplinary actions, as necessary.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
