Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of experience working in the UAE within a facilities management company. The role involves supervising civil maintenance activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and efficiently managing resources and schedules. Experience in hospital projects will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee the performance of subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in a facilities management company in the UAE.
• Experience with hospital projects is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
