Job Description

We are Looking for Experienced Engineering Draftsman holding Civil Engineer Degree for a Dubai based Interior Decoration and Building Contracting company.

Responsibilities:

Must have excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (AutoCAD, StaadPro, ETABS, Prokon and other design software). Minimum 3 years of uae experience in civil and structural designs and Calculations. Preparing Shop Drawings and As-built drawings as per the requirements. Preparing Architectural, Structural & MEP Drawings and Calculations. Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production. Must knowledgeable in Dubai Municipality and other authorities Laws. Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings for various projects. Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and project specifications. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with Design Head / Project Managers / Authority Engineers to gather necessary technical design and changes during all stages project working. Preparation of BOQ . Experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection & HVAC Drawing Production in CAD. Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. All activities pertaining to follow up with the clients for inputs, checking sufficient information about the project, perform an initial analysis for estimation, costing, and preparation of quotations. Ensure for site inspections, quantity surveys, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of uae experience as an Architectural draftsman. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Prokon & MS Office is mandatory. Available to join immediately. Candidates should be available in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the Dubai Municipality Exam and hold an accreditation.
Salary starting range from : AED 3000-5000/-
