Civil Site Supervisor
Job Description
As a Site Supervisor at Fast Build construction, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include,
Assisting the project manager in planning and executing Joinery Fit out projects and Civil Renovation projects across UAE.
Executing the site works and submitting daily work report.
Arrange all Labors, Drivers in different sites according to site priority and deadlines. pick and drop of labors if necessary or lack of driver availability.
Conducting site inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with design specification and regulatory requirements collaborating with Client sub-contractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities and resolve technical issues.
Site survey and assist labours to Mark the layout in site as per drawing.
Weekly safety meeting with labors and send reports.
Calculate the material quantity required for each site and assist to the procurement with a material request.
Pick and drop of labours.
Conduct site Visit and prepare BOQ.
UAE Working Experience required.
Must have UAE Valid driving license.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
