Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor for our interior fitout projects. The candidate will oversee the on-site execution of interior fit-outs, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with the project's specifications and quality standards. The Civil Site Supervisor will liaise with contractors, vendors, and the project team to manage and monitor all activities related to construction and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Management:
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work is completed according to design and within the project's timeframe.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site to optimize productivity.
• Ensure that interior fitout works are carried out in compliance with architectural and engineering designs, project plans, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Supervise and guide the site workers, ensuring proper execution of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with the project manager and design team to ensure the project is progressing according to plan.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and issues to senior management.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure that client expectations are being met.
• Quality Control & Safety:
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all workers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the fitout work is being executed in accordance with health and safety regulations and the project's design specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of site work, material usage, manpower, and progress reports.
• Prepare site reports, such as daily logs, inspection checklists, and progress updates.
• Ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date and available for audits or reviews.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify, address, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Propose solutions to unforeseen technical or logistical problems to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
