As a Civil Engineer at Smart Home Real Estate LLC, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. You will work on a variety of infrastructure projects, including roadways, bridges, and water systems. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze civil engineering projects, including structural, transportation, and water resources.
• Develop and review detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Perform calculations and prepare technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets.

•Qualifications •:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering.
• UAE Driving & SOE License will be mandatory in the selection process.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil Engineer in UAE: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver's Liscense (Required)
• Required SOE License (Required)
