### : Site Civil Engineer
Position Overview:
A Site Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects at various sites. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and effective communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site.
- Ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications and regulations.
2. Site Inspection:
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Identify any issues or discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
3. Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
- Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
4. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to project managers.
5. Safety Management:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and training sessions for site personnel.
6. Liaison:
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
7. Budget Management:
- Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor material and labor costs to prevent budget overruns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.

Work Environment:
The Site Civil Engineer typically works on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, physical demands, and potential hazards. Regular office work may also be required for planning and documentation tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Civil Engineer: 7 years (Required)
Language:
• Arabic and english speakers is must (Required)
License/Certification:
• Driving license (Required)
• Fujairah and Sharjah engineering card (Required)
