Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Site Civil Engineer

with 2 to 4 years of experience in the construction of

high-rise buildings and villas

. The ideal candidate will manage site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations for the construction of high-rise buildings and villas. Ensure compliance with project design, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper site documentation. Monitor material usage, storage, and availability on-site. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site. Resolve technical and on-site issues as they arise. Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals. Assist in maintaining project schedules and report delays or risks.

Key Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in civil site engineering, with specific focus on high-rise buildings and villas. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in site management. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods for high-rise buildings and villas. Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration with teams. Problem-solving ability to address site-related issues effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
