Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Should have minimum 5 years of experience in UAE as Civil engineer in Construction industry

Preferred only immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision and Management:
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and manage construction activities to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to achieve project milestones.
• Technical Support:
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and engineering designs.
• Resolve technical issues and recommend solutions to address on-site challenges.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align site activities with project goals.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and material requisitions.
• Manage and monitor resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
• Ensure that all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly followed on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
• Perform quality control checks and ensure work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Document and address any deviations or defects in construction processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and codes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
