Job Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination : Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Site Management : Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Control : Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and according to the project specifications.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Resource Management : Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Progress Reporting : Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Inspections : Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Subcontractor Supervision : Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, and workforce attendance.
• Client Interaction : Liaise with clients to address any concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the project.
• Cost Control : Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Schedule Management : Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Technical Support : Provide technical guidance and support to the on-site team.
• Compliance : Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 years experience in similar role in UAE (Mandatory)
• Knowledge in fit-out industry (including joinery and MEP) is a must.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and plans.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols.
