Job Description

& requirements of civil site engineer/supervisor: (Candidates Available in UAE are preferred)

• Detailed measurement Sheet for Civil finishes, Civil Interior & Exterior according to actual work.
• Labor Management.
• Site Execution & Drafting work as per drawing.
• Finalization of final Billing, Measurements certification, materials reconciliation, approval and certification of extra work bill and shifting the balance materials at Store from Site
• Knowledge of Shutters and assembling system formwork for R.C.C. Structures such as columns, beams, Slabs, Wall, Foundation and the similar Structure.
• Measuring, Cutting and Shaping wood or metal under Supervision. Producing concrete blocks of exactly the right shape and size for Whatever needs building with the help of Proper Shuttering.
• Detailed Quantity & Estimating Treatment of Water Seepage in Basement Knowledge of renovation work for residential buildings. (Bathroom/Room/Etc.)
• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. Supervises maintenance workers.
• Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work.
• Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
• Coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Problem solving technical issues and preparing reports.
• Supervision of all Civil, Interior, Electrical in accordance with Approved drawing Knowledge and Skills:
• Good comprehension skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Keeps check on health and safety on the site
• Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Applications Qualifications
• Requirements: CIVIL Engineering degree/diploma.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience:

• 5-7 years and more experience and min 2 years Gulf.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
