401 Contracting is a construction company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We specialize in a wide range of construction services including, commercial, residential, and industrial building construction, renovation, and maintenance.

Role Description

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, to maintain necessary for site work.

Supervise and provide technical guidance and support to labors and foreman.

Implement and enforce quality control measures on-site.

Liaise and Coordinate with consultant regular inspections IR, RFI, etc. And reply to their letters and emails.

Carry out all authorities' inspections and approvals from DM, Trakhees & DDA.

Follow up to issue all necessary permits and NOS for the work.

Act as a point of contact between on-site teams, consultant, clients, and subcontractors. Generate regular progress reports.

Create materials submittals to the consultants as requested.

Ensure that the timely availability of materials on-site and request LPO.

Manage on-site resource allocation, including manpower and equipment.

Facilitate effective communication to ensure project objectives are met.

Ensure the relevant safety rules at the site.

Provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.

Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project drawings and specification.

Facilitate and attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants etc.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years' experience in UAE - Dubai. (Mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Experienced working with DDA (Dubai Development Authority) / Dubai Municipality approvals & Dubai Trakhees (Required)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Proven working experience in luxury villas.

G+ 1 or above DM license (Preferred)

Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 3 years (Required)
• Civil engineer: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
