Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress, inspect workmanship, and identify potential problems or safety hazards.
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and material quantities.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures to minimize risks and ensure project success.
• Resolving conflicts and addressing issues that arise during construction, including changes in scope or unforeseen challenges.
• Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and government officials, to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on landscaping projects in Dubai.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
