We are looking for Site Engineer- Civil- Infrastructure - Buildings- Dubai- UAE

Preferred candidate must have

1. Engineering Graduate- Civil Engineer

2. Valid UAE Driving License

3. UAE experienced

4. Must have Building experience

> Identify the scope of work by reviewing the Tender Documents

> Attend kick-off/progress meetings with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.

> Prepare Method Statement, Material Submittal, and Shop Drawings.

> Identify the Variations and promptly notify the Client of potential time/cost impact.

> Ensure Engineering coordination for Client approval.

> Responsible for Procurement and Vendor Finalization.

> Capable of managing the workforce

> Ability to do a program of work and obtain Client approval

> Monitor the work and obtain Client approval through Work Inspection Requests for monthly invoices.

> Ability to do Joint Site Measurements with the Client

> Ability to estimate the materials required for the completion of permanent works.

> Ability to close the snags and handing over.

> Ensure the preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly report

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• civil engineer: 6 years (Preferred)
