We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction contracting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality assurance records.

- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and work plans, and monitor expenses to ensure cost control.

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop effective construction strategies and methodologies.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of learning and development.

- Participate in project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the construction contracting industry, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience from UAE Preferred only.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.

- Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus but not mandatory.

- Willingness to travel to various job sites as required
