Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Unified Vertex General Contracting is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve project objectives within the specified timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage labor resources to optimize productivity.
• Plan, procure, and oversee the delivery of materials to the site, ensuring timely availability.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including resource usage and project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and address any non-conformance issues.
• Support the project team in meeting deadlines and achieving overall project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in site management and resource coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications is preferred .
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) approval is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
