Job Title: Civil Site Engineer - High-Rise Buildings

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in high-rise building construction

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in high-rise construction and a strong understanding of site engineering. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring project quality, and coordinating with other construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with drawings and standards.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with design teams for modifications as necessary.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently maintained throughout the project phases.
• Assist in cost control and budget management by tracking project costs and avoiding overruns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of site engineering experience, with a focus on high-rise building projects.
