- Experience: 5-10 years in high-rise building construction, residential villas, or hotels.
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering with attested education certificate.
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
- Residency: Must be living and working in Abu Dhabi.
- Exclusion: Candidates currently employed by Trojan Construction will not be considered.
- Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and submit site reports, design drawings, and other necessary documentation.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
