About Us:

Mubadara is a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure solutions in the UAE. We specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of telecom towers and GSM infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Fabrication Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Rigger to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GSM works, including the erection and maintenance of monopoles and towers. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and maintain monopoles and towers for GSM networks.
• Perform rigging tasks related to the installation and maintenance of GSM equipment.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments prior to commencement of work.
• Operate and maintain rigging equipment, including winches, ropes, and lifting gear.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the erection and maintenance of structures.

Safety and Work at Height:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as harnesses, helmets, and safety shoes.
• Ensure all rigging and lifting equipment is properly maintained and inspected before use.
• Perform regular safety checks and risk assessments for working at heights.
• Participate in safety training programs and refreshers as required.
• Follow proper procedures for ascending and descending monopoles and towers.
• Implement fall protection systems and ensure their proper use during all work at height activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Rigger in GSM works with GCC/UAE.
• Extensive experience in the erection and maintenance of monopoles and towers, specially on Etisalat network.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in rigging or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
