We are seeking a skilled Civil Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates and budgets.
• Evaluate and manage tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
• Monitor project expenditures and track variations.
• Conduct site visits to assess and manage progress in alignment with cost reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare progress and final account statements.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws and practices is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
