Key Responsibilities :
• Cost Estimation : Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Budgeting & Cost Control : Develop budgets and monitor project expenses.
• Tendering & Contract Admin : Assist with tender preparation, evaluate bids, and manage contracts.
• Measurement & Valuation : Measure works and prepare progress valuations.
• Site Visits : Inspect sites to assess work progress and costs.
• Reporting : Prepare cost reports and maintain financial records.
• Dispute Resolution : Handle financial disputes between contractors and clients.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Education : Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience : 2-5 years in civil engineering projects.
• Skills : Proficient in quantity surveying software, strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
