Civil Qa/qc Engineer
Job Description
The Civil QA/QC Engineer ensures construction projects meet quality standards, specifications, and regulations. This includes overseeing material quality, inspecting work processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
• Quality Assurance : Develop and implement quality control systems, prepare quality plans, and conduct audits.
• Quality Control : Inspect materials, construction methods, and workmanship; ensure compliance with project specs; perform tests (e.g., concrete, asphalt).
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain inspection logs, test results, and reports; track non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Collaboration : Work with project managers, contractors, and engineers to resolve quality issues.
• Safety : Ensure quality control processes comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience : 3-5 years in civil construction QA/QC.
• Skills : Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials, quality management systems, and regulatory standards. Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software.
