Job Description

• Responsible for preparing all QA/QC related documents required in the project, i.e., Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Procedures, Method Statements, Forms, etc. With the Construction team and the clients.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Conduct site factory inspections, preparing related documents to conduct.
• Involve in day-to-day inspections on site related to the installation, meeting with the main contractor and the consultant.
• Report to the Project Manager/Director, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Ensure quality of work through implementing inspection procedures, initiate inspection and meeting with authorities during inspection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering civil.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Know the requirements and procedures of local authorities (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Transportation Authority, etc.).
• Bachelor's Degree - (UAE Foreign Affairs & Embassy Attestation)
• Society Of Engineering Card (DUBAI MUNICIPALITY)
• Equivalency Certificate Ministry of Labour (UAE)
