Job duties and responsibilities

Candidate must have 5-10 years of experience as a QA QC Civil Engineer for Industrial Building and Steel Structural within UAE.

• Capable of developing and implementing detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards and quality control systems are.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment's, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues while developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability while identifying the root for technical issues and proposing solutions.
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
• Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.

Job qualifications/requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience working as a QA/QC engineer in the Construction industry within UAE.
• Preferably an engineering degree (B-TECH ENGINGINNERING) or any related professional qualification in a similar field.
• Not mandatory but preferably individuals with an ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
