Civil Projects Manager
Job Description
:
• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring adherence to them.
• Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Managing project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Preparing and presenting progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (3 Years) .
Strong understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
