Job Description

We are looking for Civil Project Manager who have experience in Mega project & development with at least 10+ years of experience in remote projects (in Western region) who can oversee oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Here's a detailed job description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Develops and implements project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

2. Site Management: Oversees site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.

3. Team Leadership: Leads and manages a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, providing guidance, training, and support.

4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manages project budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures cost-effective operations.

5. Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks, ensuring proactive measures are taken to minimize impact.

6. Quality Control: Ensures that projects meet quality standards, conducting regular inspections and monitoring progress.

7. Stakeholder Management: Communicates and coordinates with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

8. Project Closure: Ensures that projects are formally closed, documenting lessons learned and evaluating project success.

Requirements and Skills

1. Experience in High-end Camp & Facilities development & Management in remote area - Western Region

2. Minimum of 10 years experience, must have worked in Mega Project & development.

3. Civil Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

4. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.

5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

6. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

7. Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

8. Familiarity with Industry Software: Proficiency in industry software, such as Autodesk, Revit, and MS Project.

Work Environment

1. Construction Sites: Spends time on construction sites, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

2. Office Environment: Works in an office environment, planning, coordinating, and managing projects.

3. Team Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
