Job Description
The Civil Project Manager oversees civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Lead contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor costs, manage procurement, and negotiate contracts.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years in civil project management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills..
