The Civil Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards (Trakhees approval required).
• Budget Management: Prepare and control project budgets, manage costs, and approve invoices.
• Risk & Safety Management: Identify risks and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare reports, and ensure proper project handover.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5 years in civil project management.
• Certifications: PMP, LEED, Trakhees Approval or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong communication, and leadership skills.
