The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-rise buildings, residential villas, or hotel construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.Scheduling: Create detailed project schedules, coordinate activities, and manage timelines to ensure timely project delivery.Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all work meets or exceeds project specifications and standards.Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
