Prepare and review project specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met. Analyze and resolve design and construction issues as they arise during project execution. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support project development. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout project lifecycle. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred or is in progress. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management in the construction industry. Experienced in Residential/Commercial Building/Tower Construction from start to completion and handover stages. Proficient in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Knowledge and proficiency in Primavera and project management is critical with a minimum experience of 3-4 years. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
