Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage resources effectively.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
