Job Title: Civil Project Engineer

: We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction works, with a strong focus on villa projects. The candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office software to create, review, and manage project plans and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports and updates to senior management.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with certification attested by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in UAE.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction works, particularly in villa projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office software.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, including both speaking and writing.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Experience with MePS and Smarthub systems is an advantage.
