\xc3\xb0\xc2\x9f\xc2\x92\xc2\xbc Position: Project Coordinator\xc3\xb0\xc2\x9f\xc2\x93\xc2\x8d Location: Reporting to Manager - Engineering\xc3\xb0\xc2\x9f\xc2\x92\xc2\xb0 Salary: AED 10,000 - 11,000Requirements:
- Degree: Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in the UAE, specifically in industrial/warehouse projects
- Prepare bid packages for civil works and evaluate technical quotes.
- Coordinate material and shop drawing submissions with subcontractors.
- Ensure all civil shop drawings are coordinated before construction.
- Maintain and update complete project logs.
- Supervise production of coordination drawings and ensure contract compliance.
- Work closely with MEP teams to address project engineering needs.
- Address potential conflicts in project activities and manage project close-out documentation.
