Job Title : Sr. Planning Engineer
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry : Oil & Gas / Construction

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in planning and project control
• Proven experience in EPC projects within the oil & gas or construction sectors

Responsibilities :

• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and baselines
• Track project progress and report to clients and management
• Coordinate all project phases: engineering, procurement, and construction
• Create action plans for recovery of delays and assist in claims analysis
• Establish project control procedures and ensure cost/schedule baselines
• Prepare project control reports as per project requirements

Skills Required :

• Proficiency in Primavera and Excel
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of design and construction processes
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work in teams

EPC Project Experience (Preferred):

• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
• Familiarity with managing multiple project phases simultaneously (engineering, procurement, and construction)
• Ability to work within contractual frameworks specific to EPC projects
