Job Description

The Civil Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and execution of civil engineering projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review project plans, designs, and specifications.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate civil engineering requirements into project plans.

Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.

Oversee the implementation of construction plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Prepare and present progress reports and project documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Two years experience in UAE in civil planning and project management.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methods.

Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
