Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities related to our civil infrastructure and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil maintenance and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee the daily maintenance operations of our civil infrastructure and facilities.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Conduct regular inspections and identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary repairs or upgrades.

Monitor and maintain the budget for all civil maintenance activities.

Train and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in using computer programs for maintenance planning and record-keeping.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
