As part of NASEC regional growth plans, we are currently looking for a Civil Inspector to join the supervision team in Dubai, UAE.

• Capable of leading large-scale projects in Hospitality, Mixed-use, Residential, commercial, and High rise.
• Strong leadership/ mentoring skills

• Flexible attitude and works well under pressure and meets deadlines efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to build good relationships at all levels internally and externally
• Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage site meetings
• Solve problems and find solutions throw construction stages
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Prepare and review tender packages
• Extensive project experience.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility of attitude towards company objectives.
• Cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Full knowledge of Statutory Authority's requirements, knowledge of codes, and regulations.
• Ability and will to mentor and provide support to junior staff members
• Ability and will to update knowledge.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills/proficiency is an added value.
• Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team.
• Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries, contractor's queries, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience (with a minimum of 2-5 years in UAE)
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Architecture
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Tender preparation and tender analysis
• QA/QC experience
• Must have experience in using Revit
