Job Description

Preferably from AUH Consultants / Contractors having 2 to 4 years experience

Mandatory Requirement:

Diploma / Bachelors' degree in Arch or Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering / technical discipline

2 - 4 years experience in drafting related to infrastructure projects Civil, Road, bridges, interchanges, underpass, utilities (wet & electrical), landscape, sewerage, deep tunneling, NDRC, Thrust Boring, Pipe Jacking, underground utility structures in Abu Dhabi Emirate

Develop concept sketches from markup sketches / hand sketches in Civil / Infra projects for but not limited to, capping beam, crane rail beam, paving, potable water, sewer, telecom and power works

Drawing preparation for Du Telecom / Etisalat Networks, FO Cable duct, Trial pit layouts, Road Diversion / Closure Layouts

Have crystal clear understanding of Abu Dhabi Civil / Infrastructure related Authority regulation, procedures and policies and ensure that these are adhered to during drawing drafting

Knowledge of material take-offs, and cut / fill analysis using Civil 3D (or similar) for landside works

Proficient in using CAD

Preferable Requirement (not mandatory):

Revit Experience is a plus

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholder

Excellent interpersonal skills, with high competency in listening and communicating

Time management ability, competence in prioritizing tasks and workload, ability to work in fast paced Project Environment

Salary will be determined based on experience.
