Job Description

Our company is looking for a Civil Foreman who can handle Villa & building. We are looking for qualified applicants who has experience in both. Knowledge and proven experience in executing works from starting to completion of projects. Must have experience of 3 years in UAE.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil construction activities on site, including excavation, shoring, concrete works, and finishing works. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards. Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment. Monitor site expenditures and ensure materials are available as requested. Resolve any emerging problems and issues peacefully. Allocate and delegate tasks to the team. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in Uae Proven experience in managing high-rise building projects Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and materials Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
