Job Description

: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team. The Civil Foreman will oversee construction activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and supervise a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Schedule and coordinate work crews and subcontractors.
• Interpret project plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to management.
• Resolve any issues that may arise on site promptly.
• Maintain quality control and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
