: Allocates jobs as per various Service Requests and directly supervises and monitors the assigned civil maintenance contractor personnel assigned to perform civil maintenance works on company owned and leased properties which include all office buildings and residential units in and outside Abu Dhabi City, ADNOC HO, Shaikh Khalifa Energy Complex (SKEC), Sas AI Nakhl Complex, The Petroleum Institute (PI). ATI at AI Shawamekh and workshops, Glenelg School in Madinat Zayed. Sattelite Clinics such as Habshan, Bu Hasa, Asab, Madinat Zayed and other various properties (ownedlleased) in western region and other region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.Visits sites and assists in the inspection of properties before lease, renewal or surrender of lease and prepares technical reports on maintenance requirements. Ensures that assigned contractors perform assignments according to set schedules, specifications and standards and in an efficient and cost effective manner. Always keep Civil Supervisor well informed about maintenance activities.a} Allocates work directions to assigned contractors perfonning civil building workslrepairs, monitors and checks the work executed by contractor\'s technical personnels on company office buildings, school buildings. housing complexes, residential buildings, flats & villas, clinics and other properties. b) Receives service request from the Complaint Desk and receives verbalization instructions from civil supervisor regarding civil building maintenance works to be carried out In office, residential. clinic and school premises and get these works done through contractors. c) Keeps close contact with contractor\'s personnel attending to aU registered complaints on the status of repairs & maintenance requested and answers technical queries\' if any. Inspects all comp4aints to ensure that they have been promptly and satisfactorily attended 10and verifies with the complainant. d) Inspects workmanship and materials used by contractor to ensure that they met professional standards, required specifications and complainant\'s satisfaction. e} Reports to civil supervisor before liaises with Housing and Recreation Services Department for inspection and technical evaluation of lease/renewal/surrender of residential flats & viUas. t) Reports to civil supervisor any variations to maintenance I repair requests to seek approval before implementing such variations. g) Checks daily technical log sheets submitted by the contractors before forwarding to civil supervisor and makes sure to keep a copy for future reference. h) Assists cMI supervisor in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly MPlanned Preventive Maintenance" schedule for civil works and ensures the implementation of PPM schedules to contractors. i) Assists civil supervisor on the purchase of standard quality materials for maintenance and inspects the same prior to acceptance. j) Liaises with mechanical and electrical contractors on maintenance activities as and when required
