Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Civil Foreman

to lead and manage construction teams in the landscaping and pool construction sector. The Civil Foreman will oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

:

Project Supervision

: Lead the execution of civil works related to landscaping and pool construction, including excavation, soil grading, paving, and the installation of pool structures and landscape features.
With UAE Driving License

With 10 years work experience

Swimming Pool & Landscape back ground is an advantage

Workforce Management

: Direct and oversee a team of workers,and equipment operators to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Site Management

: Ensure the project site is properly organized, safe, and maintained according to health and safety regulations.

Quality Control

: Inspect and ensure that all work is performed to company and client specifications, maintaining high-quality standards in both landscaping and pool projects.

Resource Allocation

: Plan, coordinate, and schedule labor, machinery, and materials to maximize productivity and ensure timely project delivery.

Problem Solving

: Address any on-site issues such as delays, material shortages, or safety hazards promptly, coordinating with project managers and engineers as necessary.
