Job Description

We are looking for Civil Foreman(multi tasking) for our group.(Saqer Al Dammam Group).

We are well established player in the field of EARTH WORK CONTRACTING(Excavation, Backfilling, /Grading) .

The Civil Foreman oversees and manages construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating tasks, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their progress.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Workforce Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
• Provide technical guidance and training to site workers when needed.
• Resolve any work-related issues among team members.

3. Project Execution:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure work is completed according to design and client requirements.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and highlight any delays or issues.

4. Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings and ensure workers use protective equipment.
• Address and mitigate potential hazards promptly.

5. Material and Resource Management:

• Ensure availability of required tools, equipment, and materials for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of construction materials.
• Monitor material usage to prevent wastage.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and progress.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Project Manager as required.
• Ensure proper documentation of any site changes or modifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant technical certification.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Civil Foreman or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• UAE Valid Driving License is must.

Package:
- Salary package will be decided upon your experience
- Commission on Sales.
- Data mobile (SIM-card) will be provided.
- UAE Visa employment will be provided, after two months trial.
- Car will be provided.
