Job Description
• 5 Yrs Working Experience - UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License
Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
Read project plans, drawings and specification specifications.
Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to labors and sub-contractors.
Training, managing and mentoring labors and sub-contractors.
Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the labors.
Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.
Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures.
Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.
Manage labors to ensure the project is kept on schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
