Job description:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Manage and lead a team of workers, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Monitor work quality and adherence to safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of daily progress and report updates to management.
• Identify issues that arise on-site and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Train new employees on site procedures, equipment use, and safety measures.
• Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring expenditures and resource usage.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans and identify any necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
