Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of UAE-based experience in civil works, with a strong understanding of construction safety standards, site management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations at the construction site.
• Manage a team of laborers, ensuring they follow the required safety procedures.
• Ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Monitor material usage, ensuring that supplies are stocked and delivered as needed.
• Ensure all work is compliant with UAE building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and resolve any issues on-site.
• Report to the project manager and provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance with project standards.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications in construction or civil engineering (e.g., Site Supervision or equivalent).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
